Want a new device before your contract's up?
Your monthly bill's made up of a device payment and a usage payment. To get a new device, just complete your device payment and choose your new one. You'll pay lower early upgrade fees as you don't pay anything to end your usage contract.
Happy with your device at the end of your 24 month contract?
You'll pay less monthly as you'll only need to make your usage payments. Your usage payment is the set amount you pay for your monthly minutes, text and data. Remember that you'll pay additional charges for anything you do outside these allowances.

We deliver to your home address Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
- Order before 4pm, Monday to Friday and you'll get it within two working days
- Order after 4pm or at the weekend and you'll get it within three working days
Deliveries to remote areas and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Updates and tracking your delivery
You'll get text and email updates from us and DPD about your delivery. Once your order's on its way, we'll email you a tracking link, which will be on DPD's website. If you place your order after 4pm on Friday, it will take a few days for us to send you your tracking link, so don't worry if it doesn't come straight away.
We'll also contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.
Signing for your order
Your order will need to be signed for. If no one's in, you can re-arrange delivery via the DPD website to either leave it with a preferred neighbour, or to schedule a new time that's more convenient for you.
Click+Collect is available from over 800 Tesco stores.
- Order before 4pm, Monday to Friday and your order will be despatched the same day*
- We'll let you know when your parcel is ready to collect
- You'll need to bring photo ID when you come to collect your order from the Click+Collect point
- We'll keep your order at the collection point for 14 days if you can't make it to the store right away.
