    If you love using your phone for texting and talking, our Triple Credit tariff is the one for you. You get free credit when you top-up - you can use it on calls to standard UK mobiles and landlines, texts and data.

    If you top-up £10, £15 or £20, we'll triple that top-up. Even better you get a free minutes, text or data bundle if your top-up is £15 more.

    You get free credit once a month and it lasts one month. Your free credit gets used up first and doesn't roll over to the next month.

    After a month, your free credit expires but credit from your top-ups never expires.

    Free top-up bundle

    Plus, if you're on our Triple Credit tariff and you top-up £15 or more in one go, you can choose a free bundle of minutes, texts or data.

    Your free top-up bundle is automatically set to 5000 texts but you can change this to 500MB data or 150 minutes by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone. Your free top-up bundle lasts for one month. Just make sure you've topped-up before your anniversary date to get it the following month

    It's quick, easy and you collect Clubcard points when you top-up*

    • Just call our automated line on 4444 free from a Tesco Mobile phone to top-up with a credit or debit card. If you're a new SIM only customer, you need to top-up for the first time at a Tesco store or online.
    • In Tesco stores
    • Buy a voucher in-store and call 4444 free. Or use your E top-up card to top-up in a Tesco store.
    • Online
    • Register online and then you can top-up anytime. You can also set up a regular, auto or SMS (text) top-up from here.
    • Use the app
    • Download the free Tesco Mobile Pay as you go app. Quickly enter your voucher number in the app, or top-up using a registered credit or debit card (Call 4444 to register your card).

    TOP UP

    With an E top-up card in over 100,000 locations

    Your Tesco Mobile SIM card or phone will come with an E top-up card. You can register this to your mobile number by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone. Then you can use it to top-up at any Tesco store or in over 100,000 shops that display the green E top-up logo.

    Rocket Packs FAQs

    Getting your first Rocket Pack

    If you're not on Tesco Mobile but you've already got a phone you're happy with, you can order a free Rocket Packs SIM. Or if you're buying a new phone, all our pay as you go phones now come on the Rocket Packs tariff as standard.

    When you join Tesco Mobile on our Rocket Packs tariff, your first top-up turns into your first Rocket Pack. For example, if you top-up £10, your top-up will change in to a £10 Rocket Pack. Your first top-up needs to be £10, £15 or £20.

    After that you can choose from any of our six Rocket Packs. Rocket Packs last a month from when you buy them. They automatically renew at the end of the month, so you'll need to make sure that you've got enough credit on your phone.

    Buy a new Rocket Pack any time

    If you use up any of your Rocket Pack before the end of the month, you can get a new one straight away, no need to wait. And if you want to switch it up or down next time, you can choose whichever pack you need.

    To buy a Rocket Pack or change to a different size, just go to My Account or call 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone.

    When you buy a new Rocket Pack, any data, minutes or texts left in your current Rocket Pack will be cancelled, as the new one replaces the old one, and starts straight away.

    How to get super-speedy 4G at no extra cost?

    All our Rocket Packs come with 4G at no extra cost, meaning that websites load faster and apps run more smoothly. Check your 4G network coverage or find out how much data you'll need with our 4G data calculator.

    Already with us?

    If you're already on Tesco Mobile pay as you go you can move to our Rocket Packs tariff and buy your first Rocket Pack in My Account or by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone.

    If you're on our Triple Credit tariff, when you move to Rocket Packs you'll lose any free credit you've got left, so make sure you use it up first.

    If you don't want to buy a Rocket Pack, you can still get any of our minutes, texts and data bundles instead, but you can't have a Rocket Pack and a bundle at the same time.

    How do I change my Rocket Pack?

    You can schedule a different Rocket Pack to start on your renewal date or buy a different size Rocket Pack. It'll start straight away and replace any remaining data, minutes, or texts on your current Rocket Pack. You can do either in My Account or by calling 282 free

    How long will my Rocket Pack last?

    Your Rocket Pack lasts for a month, until your next monthly anniversary date and we'll text you both five days and a day before it ends. For example, if you get your first Rocket Pack on 5 January, you've got until midnight on the 4 February to use it. You can renew your Rocket Pack early by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone, so if you're running low on data you can buy a new one straight away.

    How do I switch to the Rocket Packs tariff?

    If you've got a Rocket Pack SIM or a new pay as you go phone, just top-up to get your first Rocket Pack. If you're on a different tariff, you can change to our Rocket Packs tariff in My Account or by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone. Your first top-up needs to be £10, £15 or £20.

    What's my renewal date?

    It's the day when your Rocket Pack runs out, so you have to use the data, minutes and texts included in your Rocket Pack by this date. It's also the day when you'll need enough credit to get your next month's Rocket Pack. If you don't have enough credit for your Rocket Pack to renew, if you top-up within the next 10 days, we'll automatically add it back on for you.

    Can I have a Rocket Pack and a data, minutes or text bundle?

    No, you can't have a Rocket Pack and a data, minutes or text bundle at the same time.

    Can I use my Rocket Pack data for tethering?

    How do I cancel my Rocket Pack?

    You can cancel your Rocket Pack by texting STOPROCKET to 28948 free or by calling 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone. Make sure you cancel it 48 hours before you renewal date, otherwise the cost of the Rocket Pack may be automatically taken from your credit.

    Triple Credit FAQs

    How do I switch to the Triple Credit tariff?

    If you're already on our Triple Credit tariff, just top-up £10, £15 or £20 and we'll triple it.

    If you've bought a new Tesco Mobile pay as you go phone or if you're on a different tariff, you'll need to call 282 free to switch to Triple Credit.

    How do I triple my credit?

    Once you're on our Triple Credit tariff, you don't have to do anything else. We'll automatically triple your top-ups of £10, £15 or £20.

    How long will my free credit last?

    You get free credit once a month and your free credit lasts for a month, until your next monthly anniversary date. For example, if you get your first free credit on 5 January, you've got until midnight on the 4 February to use it. If you top-up before your anniversary date, you'll get your free credit the following month.

    What's my monthly anniversary date?

    It's the day when your free credit runs out, so you need to use it up by this date. You also need to have topped-up by this date in order to get your free credit for the next month.

    Every time you use your device to make a call or send a text, we send you a message saying how much top-up and free credit you have left, as well as your anniversary date. For a reminder of your balance at any time, you can also dial *#10# free.

    If I don't top-up before my monthly anniversary date, what happens?

    We'll text you 5 days before your monthly anniversary date to remind you. If you don't top-up, you can still carry on using your device as normal. You just won't get any free credit. You'll get free credit the next time you top-up and this date will become your new monthly anniversary date.
